Capital One launched a new credit card online application site capitalonecardlab.com where you can design your own credit card. The application process is very easy and has 4 steps:
Indicate your credit level wich can be excellent, above average, needs improvement or has limited credit history.
Then you select your credit card options
You pick a design for your credit card
Then you send your new Capital One credit card application, and wait for approval.
